House Rifle Company operates as a federal firearms licensee (“FFL”). We ship firearms only to a valid receiving FFL within the United States. We do not ship firearms directly to consumers. The final transfer to the purchaser is completed by the receiving FFL in accordance with applicable law.

Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, phone number, billing address
Order and transaction information: products purchased, order status, communications about your order
Product configuration details: selections made for configurable or pre-order items

When an order requires shipment to a receiving FFL, we disclose information reasonably necessary to coordinate shipment and transfer.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
All sales are final. House Rifle Company does not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

Records related to regulated commerce and FFL operations may be retained for longer periods as required by law.
