These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase from HRC. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age and older and is not intended for children under 13.
You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, transfer, possession, use, and storage of firearms and firearm-related products.
You represent and warrant that you are the actual buyer/transferee of any firearm you order and that you are not purchasing on behalf of another person where prohibited by law (“straw purchase”). You also represent that you are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms under applicable law.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the transaction may be unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise improper.
HRC sells firearms. The Site may list optics/parts/accessories only as part of the firearm as configured (i.e., not sold as standalone items unless explicitly stated).
Unless explicitly stated on the Site, HRC does not sell:
Ammunition
Magazines as standalone items
NFA items (e.g., suppressors, SBRs)
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until we confirm the order and, for firearms, verify the Receiving FFL transfer details.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions (including pricing, availability, and descriptions). If an error affects your order, we may cancel it and issue any refund owed under these Terms if required by law.
All firearms ship only to a verified Federal Firearms Licensee (“Receiving FFL”).
We do not ship firearms to customers. We ship only within the United States.
The final transfer to the purchaser is completed by the Receiving FFL in accordance with applicable law, including completion of required transfer paperwork and any required background check or state process.
You are responsible for selecting a Receiving FFL that is properly licensed and willing/able to receive the firearm and transfer it to you.
You are responsible for all fees charged by the Receiving FFL (including transfer fees and any storage/handling fees the Receiving FFL may impose). We do not control Receiving FFL policies.
We may require verification of the Receiving FFL before shipment.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (including Authorize.Net) and related providers. We may receive limited payment-related information (for example, confirmation, status, and partial card details such as the last four digits), while full payment credentials are handled by the payment processor under its security and privacy practices.
We may use payment verification and fraud-prevention measures and may cancel orders that fail verification, present elevated fraud/chargeback risk, or otherwise appear improper.
All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred through an FFL, it cannot be returned or refunded. A firearm cannot be returned under any circumstances after the transfer has occurred.
If a firearm arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify HRC prior to completing the transfer at the Receiving FFL. Do not complete the transfer until you have contacted us and received instructions.
Non-firearm items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, unmodified, and in original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Free cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order (so long as the order has not already shipped).
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If you are denied, determined ineligible, fail to complete required transfer steps, or otherwise cannot legally take possession of the firearm, the firearm cannot be transferred to you.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued (except where required by law). We do not charge a separate restocking fee; however, you remain responsible for costs incurred due to a failed transfer or return-to-sender situation, including carrier costs and any fees charged by the Receiving FFL.
A reattempt to ship to another Receiving FFL may be made case-by-case at our sole discretion. If approved, you are responsible for any related shipping and Receiving FFL fees.
Firearms are shipped only to verified Federal Firearms License holders. Customers must provide Receiving FFL information at checkout or ensure the Receiving FFL sends a copy of their license directly to HRC.
Firearms are shipped via insured carriers with adult signature required.
Non-firearm items may be shipped directly to the customer’s address.
Processing times typically range from 3 to 10 business days, though made-to-order items may require additional time. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
HRC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or theft after delivery confirmation.
HRC does not ship firearms or restricted components to jurisdictions prohibited by law, including but not limited to California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Hawaii, and certain localities in Illinois and Washington.
Restrictions may include magazine capacity limits, feature bans, roster requirements, or firearm configuration prohibitions.
Orders placed that violate state or local laws will be canceled without refund of shipping costs.
If we shipped the wrong item or if a shipment arrives with material damage, you must contact info@houseriflecompany.com within 72 hours of delivery to the Receiving FFL and provide supporting documentation (photos, carrier notes, Receiving FFL receipt notes, etc.).
For firearms: if damage/defect is identified, you must notify us before completing the FFL transfer.
Any remedy (if any) will be determined by HRC at its discretion and consistent with applicable law.
The Site and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers; your rights may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. HRC’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to HRC for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HRC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful attempts to purchase products, violation of law, or misuse of products.
Firearms are inherently dangerous. You are responsible for safe handling, secure storage, training, and lawful use.
All Site content (including text, logos, images, and design) is owned by HRC or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
By completing a purchase, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and firearm-related products. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, and you understand that all firearm sales are final.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Comal County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
