The HRC Bolt Carrier Group is a complete, fully assembled BCG ready to drop into any AR-15 pattern rifle. It reflects the same philosophy behind everything we build at House Rifle Company: use proven materials, apply disciplined processes, and focus on the details that directly improve reliability, consistency, and service life. 

Built around a full hard chrome bolt and carrier, the HRC BCG is designed for hard use and long-term durability. Critical dimensions are gauged, key components are individually inspected, and each unit is assembled with an emphasis on fit, function, and repeatable performance. The result is a bolt carrier group built to run, built to last, and built without compromise.

The HRC BCG is not built around marketing features or unnecessary extras. Every material, inspection point, and assembly step serves a functional purpose. • Carrier is 3-bore gauged for optimal gas efficiency  

• Carrier length checked to ensure safe cycling  

• Full chrome C-158 shot-peened bolt  

• Bolt is HPT and MPI tested  

• Firing pin hole, bolt tail, and bolt shoulder gauged within TDP spec  

• Bolt headspaced to a test barrel  

• Firing pin visually inspected and gauged for proper extrusion  

• Phosphate chrome-lined carrier key  

• Carrier key is honed, fitted, and sealed to the carrier before being secured with M-Guns T-OCKS  

• Carrier key is dimple staked for maximum durability  

• Phosphate extractor for increased friction and proper casing engagement  

• SprinCo ejector and extractor springs for increased reliability and service life  

• Spirol pins used to retain the ejector for increased tension and easier maintenance  

Inspection and Testing
Every HRC BCG is test fired before passing inspection and shipping out. Carriers are wiped down before leaving our warehouse, but light brass residue may still be present on the bolt face as a result of function testing. This is normal and has no impact on reliability or performance.
